For my latest project, I aimed to address the animation gap in my portfolio by creating a high-quality animation in Blender. I decided to animate a Funko Pop character resembling myself, as the brand is recognised for its uniqueness and desirability, qualities I strive to reflect in my work. However, I faced challenges with rigging and animation, prompting me to rethink my approach. Rather than abandoning the idea, I chose to create an animated scene around the Funko Pop. This allowed me to feature the character while introducing a playful yet professional environment, using vibrant skies and a chrome logo of my brand. This solution enabled me to showcase both my 3D modelling and animation skills, filling the gap in my portfolio while staying true to my creative vision. The project pushed me to problem-solve and ultimately produced a unique, memorable outcome for potential employers and viewers.
